By continuing to use this Website, following an update, you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.

2.2 The TTMS may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to, the Website, without notice or liability.

3.1 Uncertainty is inherent in weather and climate forecasts, predictions and projections. The TTMS aims to ensure the information is consistent with its current scientific understanding. Subject to clause 3.2 (d), while TTMS uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, TTMS makes no warranty or representation (express or implied) that the information on this Website is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose.

3.2 To the extent permitted by the Laws of Trinidad and Tobago, TTMS has no liability or responsibility for any Loss in connection with:

• a) The Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or delayed from time to time;

• d) Any forecasts, climatological, agrometeorological and tidal information or any data or other types of meteorological information.
