Conditions should settle by mid-afternoon, apart from lingering showers in a few areas. N.B. Gusty winds and street flooding are likely in the event of heavy downpours. A significant increase in Saharan dust is expected later today. Persons sensitive to this change in air quality are advised to take the necessary precautions.
