The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS) hosted the Eighth National Climate Outlook Forum (NCOF VIII) on Wednesday 21st November, 2018 at the Ministry of Public Utilities, One Alexandra Place, 1 Alexandra Street, St. Clair, Port of Spain.
At NCOF VIII, stakeholders were provided with the Seasonal Outlook for the 2019 Dry Season along with opportunities for understanding this outlook and similar products produced by the TTMS.
